Project Manager - SaaS Solutions and Supply Chain M/F

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your missions

Reporting to the Projects team, you will be responsible for the deployment of the SaaS solution to clients, in collaboration with the Product, Technical, and Support teams.

As such, your main missions will be as follows:

• Lead the deployment of the SaaS solution to clients, with the support of your manager during your skill development.

• Collect, analyze, and formalize functional requirements in order to propose solutions adapted to the clients' business challenges.

• Participate in the configuration of the solution, testing phases, acceptance testing, and production deployment.

• Coordinate the various internal stakeholders and ensure project follow-up in compliance with deadlines and commitments.

• Lead project follow-up meetings and ensure regular reporting to clients and internal teams.

• Support users to ensure proper adoption of the solution.

• Gradually become the primary point of contact for your clients and contribute to the success of their digital transformation projects.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Your profile

You hold a Master's degree (engineering school, business school, or university) and have 1 to 3 years of initial experience in project management, software solution integration, or consulting, ideally in a Supply Chain, logistics, or information systems environment.

This experience was acquired through a first position in CDI or CDD. Internships and apprenticeships are an asset, but initial professional experience is expected. You have a good level of English, allowing you to operate in an international environment.

Recognized for your organizational skills and rigor, you know how to manage several subjects in parallel while respecting priorities.

You enjoy client contact, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and like working in a team. Curious, involved, and endowed with strong analytical skills, you wish to evolve in an innovative environment.
