ADV Export M/F - Textile & Hôtellerie

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your daily role You are not there to "process orders." You are a true operational conductor, guarantor of quality and customer satisfaction.

Concretely, you will:

• Ensure a fluid and efficient link with field sales representatives
• Manage the production of samples (textile / embroidery) in connection with internal teams and partners
• Maintain a demanding eye on achievements to guarantee compliance with customer expectations
• Follow orders from A to Z: entry, production, deadlines
• Manage stocks in connection with customer needs
• Organize international shipments in compliance with logistical and customs constraints

Your objective: that every customer, wherever they are, receives a compliant product, on time, with a high level of service.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

The profile we are looking for You will have every chance if you:

• Have a minimum Bac+2/3 education (international trade, languages...) with a first experience in ADV
• or significant experience (minimum 5 years) in ADV / export
• Are comfortable in English, both written and spoken
• Master the basics of order tracking and export flows (customs, incoterms)

A real plus: a second language (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese...)
