Finance Manager

Cash flow & treasury

Manage daily cash balances and maintain weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.

Optimize working capital across different projects or business units.

Reduce financial risks and ensure the company has sufficient liquidity.

Banking & compliance

Serve as the main point of contact for our banking partners.

Help secure and manage credit lines, loans, and bank facilities (LCs, BGs).

Ensure full compliance with banking terms and submit monthly stock or project statements on time.

MIS & financial planning

Prepare and present monthly MIS reports to senior management.

Track actual spending against budgets and analyze variances.

Partner with operational heads to align financial forecasts with project or factory milestones.

Requirements

Education: Strictly must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience: 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience is required.

Industry: Experience in real estate and manufacturing is highly preferred.

Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Excel, ERP systems, and financial forecasting.

Soft skills: Good communication skills to negotiate with banks and present to management.
