- Supervise and coordinate Mechanical& Electrical (M&E) works on construction sites, ensuringcompliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and ensure M&Einstallations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards .
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors,subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
- Ensure all M&E works comply with BCAregulations, Singapore standards, and relevant authority requirements .
- Conduct regular site inspections tomonitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved methodstatements.
- Review and verify shop drawings,material submissions, and method statements before siteimplementation.
- Assist in resolving technical issues andcoordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&Eworks.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with workplacesafety and health (WSH) regulations on site.
- Prepare and maintain site reports,progress updates, and inspection records .
- Supervise testing and commissioningactivities for M&E systems.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, andhandover of M&E services , including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing,fire protection, and ELV systems.
- Strong site coordination, supervision, andcommunication skills.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections,approvals, and compliance where required.
