Service Technician for Laser Equipment

• We are looking for reinforcement for our service team for laser and industrial equipment. Our goal is reliable service, rapid response at the customer's site, and a high technical level. We are looking for a male or female colleague to join the team who will actively participate in ensuring the service and maintenance of machinery throughout the Czech Republic. Also suitable for skilled graduates.

What you will do

• Perform warranty and post-warranty service of machines and equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and ensure their removal.
• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of equipment.
• Install and commission new machines, including operator training.
• Communicate with customers regarding service interventions and technical requirements.
• Cooperate with the design and production team when solving technical problems.
• Maintain and update service documentation.

What we expect from you

• Secondary or Higher Education in a technical field - electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Valid electrical qualification according to Vyhláška 50/1978 Sb. (§6 and more) or NV 194/2022 Sb.
• Basic orientation in electrical engineering and machine mechanics.
• Ability to read technical and electrical documentation.
• Responsibility, independence, meticulousness, and willingness to travel.
• Driving license group B.
• Communication skills in AJ.

Advantage (not a requirement)

• Experience in the field of industrial equipment service.
• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Basics of PLC or robot programming.
• Experience with laser technologies (engraving, cleaning, welding lasers).
