As a part-time social media service expert, you will answer questions from existing and potential customers of Menzis. Via social media, chat, mail and telephone. You know everything about policies, reimbursements and invoices, so this will come easily to you. A question about a policy via Facebook? You answer it. A complaint via Twitter, and meanwhile a phone call, in English, about taking out health insurance? No problem. You are good at multitasking and can easily switch between different communication channels and languages.

Paid training

Of course, we do not expect you to know all the details about every Menzis insurance by heart already. You will receive extensive, paid training on all the highlights of the insurances. This training begins on 14 May 2018 and lasts five days. You always start at 08:30 and continue until 17:00. This way, you will be prepared for your job as a social media service expert in no time.

Working days and -times

You can choose yourself whether you prefer to work 28, 32 or 34 hours per week. You work from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 19:00.

Wft-zorg

Wft stands for Wet op het financieel toezicht. If you work in financial services, you must have a Wft license. For this job as a social media service expert, this is a Wft-zorg certificate, focused on health insurance. Do you not have this certificate? No problem. You can obtain it at the expense of Menzis. You must, however, be available for self-study three weeks before the start of the training.
