PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT/ PASSENGER SERVICE
Job Mission:
Provide passenger attention following policies and procedures.
What do you need?
- High School Diploma/Bachelor's degree desirable
- Intermediate-conversational English Indispensable
- Availability to rotate shifts
- Passion for customer service
What will your responsibilities be?
- Perform Check-In
- Handle flight reservations
- Document baggage and validate documentation
- Make announcements to passengers before boarding
- Receive flights from the jet bridge or from the stairs at the arrival position
