QHSE Manager (M/F)

Your tasks

Main missions proposed Under the responsibility of the Site Director, in collaboration with the QHSE technician and with the functional support of the QHSE Manager Europe, you will contribute to the deployment of the site's Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment policy.

Quality, Safety and Environment

• Participate in the deployment of the site's Quality, Safety, and Environment policy, in coherence with the Group's orientations.
• Contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of the site's certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), notably through documentary updates, monitoring of actions, and preparation for internal and external audits.
• Support process owners in the formalization, updating, and application of QHSE documentation.
• Perform QHSE regulatory monitoring and contribute to the monitoring of site compliance by reporting any identified deviations.

Prevention and safety

• Participate in the assessment of professional risks and the updating of the Document Unique d'Évaluation des Risques (DUER).
• Ensure the monitoring of prevention action plans and contribute to their implementation.
• Participate in psychosocial risk (RPS) prevention processes and the monitoring of decided actions.
• Contribute to the analysis of occupational accidents, incidents, and dangerous situations, as well as the monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
• Organize and coordinate site safety and evacuation drills.

Continuous improvement

• Participate in the site's continuous improvement projects by ensuring the monitoring of associated actions and indicators.
• Lead awareness actions with employees to develop a safety, quality, and environment culture.
• Encourage and promote continuous improvement processes (safety observations, reporting of risky situations, Quick kaisen, best practices).

Requirements

Mastery of English is indispensable: meetings in English and writing reports in English.

Experience in a QHSE Manager position or an evolving QHSE Manager role.

As a member of the management committee, you must be comfortable taking positions and making decisions.

You have a good mastery of ISO 9001-14001 certifications.

What we offer

Remuneration: 53-57 KEUR depending on profile +10% variable.
