Export Sales Assistant (M/F)

Your main missions will include:

1. Sales Management:

• Preparation and follow-up of quotes and international customer orders.
• Verification of commercial conditions (prices, deadlines, transport, incoterms, payment terms).
• Invoice follow-up and customer reminders if necessary.

1. Logistics Coordination:

• Organization of international shipments in collaboration with carriers and our logistics department.
• Management of customs formalities and export documents.
• Delivery tracking and management of potential disputes.

1. Administrative Support:

• Updating customer databases and monitoring sales performance indicators.
• Participation in the preparation of response files for international tenders.
• Occasional support to the sales team during trade fairs or events.

1. Customer Relations:

• Management of exchanges with international customers (in English and, ideally, in another language: Chinese or Spanish preferred).
• Assistance in answering customer questions regarding products or services. To successfully carry out the missions of this position, we are looking for the following qualities:

Professional Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar position (at least 5 years).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level). Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus (Chinese and/or Spanish preferred).
• Good mastery of office tools (Excel, Word, ERP, CRM, etc.).
• Good knowledge of international trade procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills and rigor in file follow-up.
• Customer service orientation and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Team spirit and versatility.
• Ability to represent the customer within the company.
• Ability to work in a pair with the Export Sales Representative.

Education:

• Bac +2/3 in International Trade (or equivalent).
