INDUSTRIAL PURCHASER M/F

Our recruitment agency is supporting a French industrial company operating in an international environment, in the recruitment of its future Industrial Purchaser M/F, on a CDI basis.

In a context of development and growth, you will join a purchasing team and report to the Purchasing Manager.

In charge of a portfolio of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors, including some strategic partners, you will contribute to achieving quality, cost, deadline, and safety objectives.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

1- Purchasing Management

Analyze purchasing requests formulated by internal clients.

Support them in the definition and formalization of specifications.

Provide your expertise and formulate recommendations or points of vigilance.

Perform sourcing of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors, particularly in an international context.

Evaluate partners on various criteria: quality, price, reliability, ability to meet needs...

Manage consultations and conduct commercial negotiations.

2- Contractual and Supplier Follow-up

Participate in the drafting and contracting of negotiated agreements.

Ensure the update of purchase prices in the ERP.

Monitor the performance of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors.

Manage any disputes and contribute to their resolution.

3- Quality and Continuous Improvement

Participate in audits of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors.

Lead or contribute to the homologation processes.

Ensure the follow-up of action plans and corrective actions. Having completed a Bac+3/4 education with a specialization in purchasing, you have a significant first experience in a purchasing function, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.

Experience in the shipbuilding sector or in a technical industrial environment would be particularly appreciated.

You are comfortable with technical purchasing and have a real appetite for industrial environments.

You are proficient with IT tools, notably an ERP, and have a good level of professional English, which is essential for your exchanges with international partners. Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
