Your missions Telephone reception and customer relations (information, pricing, order tracking) Management of quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing on Sage commercial Invoicing follow-ups, sending emails Stock management and launching production according to customer orders Organization of technician schedules and transmission of interventions Use of Pack Office (Word, Excel) and automated internal tools

Training provided by the assistant currently in post Stable working atmosphere, low turnover Possible prospect of contract continuation depending on business evolution To successfully carry out the missions of this position, we are looking for the following qualities:

Training on the use of Sage provided via shadowing the assistant in post Good level of spoken English (occasional exchanges with a partner in Germany) - Excellent customer relations and good contact with technical teams Sense of organization, autonomy, adaptability (versatile SME environment) Schedule flexibility during periods of high activity. Sense of hospitality
