What does your everyday life look like?

As a Project and Data Manager (m/f/d), you will help advance mobility with public transport as a comfortable and environmentally friendly alternative to individual transport. It is your task to operate our international and multimodal mobility platforms and to expand them together with our customers.

Your area of responsibility with us:

• Platform development & UK focus: You work in a team on our mobility platforms with a special focus on the UK.
• Market & data expertise: You build a deep understanding of the data landscape and the specifics of the British mobility market and bring this knowledge into our products and customer projects.
• System operation & error analysis: You keep an eye on the reliable operation of our mobility platforms and automated data processes and analyze errors occurring in data processing. For more complex problems, you work with our development departments on root cause analysis and resolution.
• Customer communication & solution development: You work closely with our customers and internal teams, collect requirements and feedback, and develop concrete solutions and further developments for our mobility platform from them. In doing so, you analyze functional and technical questions, clarify them together with the relevant contact persons, and accompany the implementation.
• Project management: After appropriate induction and depending on your experience, you will increasingly take on responsibility for managing customer projects, partly in an agile environment.
• Training & knowledge transfer: You prepare customer training sessions and conduct them independently at our customers' sites.

What should you bring with you?

• Education & qualification: You have a sound technical or academic education with a technical background – also gerne with a social science, geographical, or commercial connection.
• Technical profile: You are confident in using common software such as Notepad++, Office, Windows, and Linux. Initial experience in script creation is very helpful.
• Databases & networks: Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL) as well as an understanding of network architectures are an advantage.
• Interfaces & IT projects: Practical experience with real-time interfaces as well as in the project management of IT projects is helpful.
• Way of working & soft skills: You convince through an independent, reliable, and exact way of working, bring teamwork skills as well as sociability, and are eager for rapid induction into our systems.
• Languages & willingness to travel: You possess advanced English skills in speaking and writing and bring a willingness to travel (approx. 3–6 days per quarter).
