Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Development and maintenance of reliable software solutions for the real-time control of offshore pile driving equipment
• Implementation of software solutions for operational monitoring and operational prediction of our devices
• Programming of visualization solutions and user interfaces
• Agile software development in compliance with defined quality standards
• Software testing, debugging considering software and safety technical standards
• Creation of requirement specifications, design, documentation, and tests

Your Profile

• Training in the field of software development, automation technology, computer science, or electrical engineering (degree is an advantage, but not mandatory)
• Experience in the development of technical or industrial software systems, ideally in an automation or machine environment
• Very good knowledge of C# .NET / .NET Core (very good, preferably Blazor)
• Experience with PLC programming with Structured Text (ST), ideally with TwinCAT is desirable
• Basic knowledge of CAN / CANopen should be present
• Knowledge of C++ programming is an advantage
• Solid knowledge in the field of network technologies (IP communication, routing, industrial networks)
• Experience with Matlab / Simulink and Embedded Systems is also desirable
• Team-oriented, independent, and structured way of working with strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Confident appearance when dealing with international customers and suppliers
• Very good English in spoken and written form
• Willingness for occasional business trips (< 10 %)
• Trainer qualification (ADA certificate), is an advantage
