Incoming Tourism Specialist

Responsible for handling all incoming clients' travel details (accommodation, flight, transfers, visa)

Communicate with hotels all over Egypt in order to make reservations

Coordinate with other Aviation and relevant departments to ensure successful flight booking or incoming clients

Make local arrangements for incoming clients with Transfer Representatives for airport pickup and ground transfers

Arrange all activities for incoming clients during their stay

Contact local Tour guides upon request to escort clients

Prepare quotations and itineraries

Handle all customers issues with payment or cancellation

Bachelor's Degree

Prior experience in relevant fields is a must

Fluency in both English and Arabic

Good Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and analytical skills required
