Social Media Content Creator

Your tasks

The successful candidate will manage social media platforms, develop engaging content, create and edit videos, and support the company's digital marketing and brand communication activities. We are looking for someone who communicates confidently, understands digital storytelling, and can work independently in a remote environment.

• Develop, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Create video content, graphics, captions, and other digital marketing materials.
• Shoot and edit videos for social media and other digital channels.
• Review content performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and reach.
• Maintain visual and tonal consistency across all published content.
• Coordinate content production and feedback to ensure timely delivery.
• Align content with the company's brand identity, marketing objectives, and business goals.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited tertiary institution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience in social media management, content creation, video production, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in video editing and basic graphic design tools.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Must reside in Lagos State.

Ideal Candidate

• Creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and communicating clearly.
• Passionate about storytelling, digital content, and brand development.
• Able to turn ideas into engaging content that connects with an audience.
• Familiar with content planning, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Experience running a YouTube channel or working as a YouTuber is a strong advantage, but it is not mandatory.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a team.

What we offer

Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 per month

• Monthly salary of ₦250,000 – ₦300,000, depending on experience and suitability.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
