Site Finishing Engineer

Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan in line with company standards.

⁠Ensure all finishing works comply with approved technical drawings and specifications.

⁠Follow up on and confirm client modifications on-site.

⁠Conduct snagging inspections and ensure all defects are resolved prior to handover.

⁠Support client inspections and ensure all handover documentation is complete.

⁠Prepare periodic reports on work progress and quality standards on-site.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

⁠3 to 5 years of experience in finishing works (experience in contracting companies or real estate development projects is a must).

⁠Must be a resident of Alexandria.
