Architectural Design Manager

Strong background in Architectural Design, with experience in medium- to large-scale real estate projects.

Ability to handle client modifications and technical customer requirements.

Proficiency in integrating and coordinating multidisciplinary designs, ensuring alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring design deliverables.

Familiarity with relevant software tools for architectural design and documentation, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max.

Must be an Alexandria resident.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

15+ years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to mentor junior team members and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
