Head of Development (m/f/d)
What to expect
- Leadership, motivation, and further development of the development team as well as the promotion of an attractive innovation culture
- New and further development of our products to secure and strengthen competitive advantages and to open up new markets
- Management of development projects from the initial idea to series production readiness
- Evaluation of technical solutions and management of complex development and innovation projects
- Further development of the innovation process using new technologies and market trends
- Close networking and cooperation with external partners and universities
What we are looking for
- High technological expertise combined with convincing leadership skills
- Completed engineering studies, ideally in Elektrotechnik, Regelungstechnik, or a comparable field
- Several years of leadership experience of interdisciplinary development teams
- Sound knowledge in product development and in the management of complex development projects
- Strong technical, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset as well as high implementation strength
- Confident handling of common development tools and MS-Office products
- Very good English skills as well as willingness to undertake occasional business trips
