Melting-Pot-RH is looking for an Export Area Manager (M/F) for its client ESII. Are you a salesperson at heart, passionate about new technologies and direct contact with customers? This position is made for you!

Your tasks

Why join us? To accelerate our growth, we are looking for an Export Area Manager (M/F) ready to develop sales of our solutions within their assigned territory, prospect, manage, and sell via a network of partner distribution companies in the markets, while also performing direct B2B sales.

Your mission?

• Develop sales of solutions in the assigned territory (German-speaking Switzerland, Austria, Poland)
• Represent our colors, particularly in German-speaking Switzerland, Austria, and Poland
• Build connections and loyalty: Establish a relationship of trust with interlocutors
• Manage your time between inbound inquiries, prospecting, and field travel within your zone
• Provide technical expertise: Understand and explain our innovative software and hardware solutions, being proactive in addressing customer needs.

Requirements

• A dynamic commercial temperament, with true interpersonal ease, listening skills, reactivity, and a results-oriented culture
• Knowledge of software solutions (SaaS) and a strong interest in new technologies
• High mobility: Being in the field is an essential part of your activity
• Successful experience in international sales
• Proficiency in English and German
• A passport, a valid driver's license, enthusiasm, and a smile are recommended!

Business travel Travel is to be expected for this position

• Field travel within the assigned zone (German-speaking Switzerland, Austria, Poland).
• 3 to 4 trips per quarter.
