Job Title: Senior Event Producer — Experiential & Live Events
Salary: Up to $10,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Company
Our client is a well-established, boutique creative agency specialising in experiential marketing and live brand events for a portfolio of international and regional clients. They design and produce immersive brand experiences — from large-scale activations to bespoke corporate events — and are known for combining strong creative concepts with flawless on-the-ground execution. Roles & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end production of complex, multi-faceted event programmes, ensuring every element is delivered successfully to the client.
- Understand each client's business and communication objectives, translating them into clear production plans.
- Source, liaise with and coordinate third-party suppliers and vendors, negotiating for the best available talent and pricing.
- Manage program budgets and accountability, maintaining healthy net margins across all projects and reconciling costs against budget.
- Own clear communication with clients on roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status.
- Run regular team meetings and manage internal communications to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed, and actively manage vendor/freelance relationships.
- Oversee on-site execution, including venue and F&B management, AVL production, and signage plans.
- Manage documentation, including production workbooks and rehearsal schedules.
- Delegate to and oversee creative, coordination and technical teams on each project.
- Coordinate crew and talent travel where required.
- Work closely with the Creative team on conceptualisation, budgeting and brainstorming for upcoming projects.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years' experience in the event production or experiential marketing industry.
- Strong track record managing budgets and accounting systems for live events.
- Superb organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent events.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, suppliers and venues.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, including on live event days.
- Excellent communication, presentation and time-management skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work the hours required to deliver a project in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive, decisive, and a strong collaborator within a team.
- Some travel may be required for projects.
