Floor Supervisor - Housekeeping

Main Responsibilities

• Standards Inspection: Supervise and release the cleaning of departure rooms, occupied rooms, and common areas under quality checklists.
• Staff Coordination: Assign daily workloads, schedules, and priorities to the operational team (room attendants and assistants).
• Supplies Control: Manage the stock of linens, amenities, and cleaning chemicals.
• Reports and Communication: Report room status (clean/dirty/blocked) and coordinate with the Maintenance department regarding detected defects.
• Training: Train new staff in bed-making techniques, cleaning, and the safe use of supplies.

Minimum Requirements (Candidate Profile)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in supervisory positions within the Housekeeping department (Hotels or hospitals).
• Education: Completed high school or incomplete technical degree/bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hotel Administration.
• Soft Skills: Firm but empathetic leadership, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication, and handling of complaints or incidents.
• Knowledge: Management of hotel management systems and safety and hygiene regulations.
• Availability: To work rotating shifts.

• General High School
• 2 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 50 years
• Knowledge: Team management, Leadership
