Job Mission:

Achieve quality standards, maintain a good human team to reach the objectives and goals of the department, offering quality in service through customer attention and area supervision.

What will I have to do?

• Control and manage the cost assigned by management for their consumption center.
• Supervise and ensure hygiene and safety regulations, CRISTAL.
• Support the execution of action plans that impact team commitment and climate.
• Lead 100% of the operation of their consumption center.
• Know the Brand philosophy, implementing the standards, operating manuals, and identity that apply to their department.

What are we looking for?

• Higher degree and/or University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality, or similar.
• Knowledge of the F&B area in both the dining room (restaurant) and bar.
• Ability to work in a team, service orientation, Quality, and professionalism.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Advanced English.
