Commercial Employee in Internal Sales (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time Location: Ascheberg-Herbern | Weekly working hours: 25–40 hours | Start: immediately
We are a medium-sized family business that manufactures high-quality medical products with passion. To support our team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated colleague for our commercial internal sales department.
Your tasks:
- Customer support as well as processing inquiries and orders
- Creation of quotations as well as complete commercial order processing
- Obtaining and comparing supplier quotes as well as processing orders
- Coordination with customers and suppliers regarding prices, availability, and delivery dates
- Monitoring and tracking of orders, purchases, and delivery dates
- Maintenance of relevant master and order data as well as support with complaints
What you bring to the role:
- Completed commercial training or degree, ideally with professional experience in internal sales or purchasing
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of contact with customers and suppliers
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a high degree of customer orientation
- Desirable: Experience in handling medical products
