Legal Counsel Commercial & Compliance (m/f/d) (Business Lawyer)

We are looking for a Legal Counsel Commercial & Compliance (m/f/d) in part-time or full-time for our location in Ergersheim, effective immediately.

Your tasks:

• Legal advice to the management and specialist departments with a focus on actionable solutions and rapid decision-making
• Independent prioritization of legal issues based on risk and economic importance
• Review and drafting of contracts with national and international business partners
• Participation in the establishment of efficient governance structures
• Support in the investigation of compliance incidents and implementation of measures
• Management and coordination of external law firms as well as other service providers
• Support with risk and insurance issues

Your profile:

• Full legal qualification (both State Examinations)
• Several years of experience in business law, ideally in a company or a law firm; automotive knowledge is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of contract law as well as interest in compliance and governance topics
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working with a focus on feasibility and entrepreneurial goals
• Ability to prepare complex legal matters clearly, understandably, and ready for decision-making
• Strong understanding of economic contexts and risk assessment
• Very good written and spoken English skills
