Registered Nurse (Operating Room) at Meko International
- Provide nursing care and perform duties in the operating room
- Maintain instruments and prepare medical equipment for readiness for use
- Control and manage inventory to ensure sufficiency for use
- Manage the operating room to ensure safety and control the prevention of infection spread
- Coordinate with relevant departments both internally and externally
- Provide operating room nursing services according to standards with a patient-centered approach
- Assist surgeons strictly according to standards based on aseptic principles and infection control
- Assist anesthesiologists in administering anesthesia or sedation according to professional standards
- Assess and provide physical and mental care to clients to plan nursing care for clients in the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages
- Provide services with service mind and excellent service to create maximum impression and satisfaction for customers
- Perform nursing procedures within the scope of the profession, including wound cleaning, suture removal for both normal and complicated wounds, blood collection, as well as dispensing or administering medication according to the physician's treatment plan
- Assist physicians in performing procedures and special examinations, such as cervical cancer screening, culture tests, pathology examinations, IUD insertion, etc.
- Complete nursing records in the operating room, including various nursing procedures
- Other assigned tasks
- Working days: 6 days per week, 1 day off, working in shifts
Qualifications: Gender not specified, age not exceeding 35 years Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, fresh graduates are welcome Training: basic life support License: Registered Nurse (Level 1) or Registered Nurse and Midwife (Level 1) Professional Experiences: 0-2 years; experience in OR will be given special consideration Computer Literature: Microsoft Office, specific clinic software Language Proficiency: English Starter Knowledge of infection prevention and control principles, basic life support Skills in IV cannulation, injection, and blood collection Decision-making and immediate problem-solving skills, professional ethics, responsibility towards duties and consequences of actions Team player, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills Punctual, open to others' opinions, able to work under pressure
