Social Media Marketing Manager

Mekatron & Persones is looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally savvy Social Media Manager to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level role for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media, and wants to build practical experience in a technology and aviation-focused environment.

What you’ll do

Capture and create engaging content for our social platforms Manage and maintain our social media profiles Plan and execute social media and marketing campaigns Stay up to date with current trends and relevant online conversations Develop content that strengthens our online presence and audience engagement Contribute ideas for growing our social media following

What we’re looking for

Strong interest in social media and digital content Creativity and good visual/content instincts Good communication and storytelling skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and take initiative Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms is a plus Interest in aviation and technology is a plus
