Business Consultant Focus Solution Architect (m/f/d) (IT Consultant)

How you will support us:

As part of the expansion of our existing Business Consulting Sales team, we are looking for you as a Solution Architect with a focus on abas ERP. In this role, you will translate complex requirements on the customer side into a high-performance system architecture and ensure the smooth operation of our ERP system. Your tasks include:

• Conception and implementation of end-to-end processes in the area of Sales (Lead-to-order) and After-Sales within the ERP environment (abas)
• Advising specialist departments on the introduction of new customer features
• Managing the integration of third-party systems (CPQ, CRM, etc.) into our ERP system while ensuring data consistency and considering ERP standards
• Creation of technical specifications (Change Requests, work packages)
• Technical implementation of Change Requests in our ERP system, if necessary in close coordination with developers
• Creation of expert documentation
• Supporting Key Users in 1st Level Support
• Resolving occurring malfunctions and technical system errors in 2nd Level Support

What you bring to the table:

• Successfully completed studies in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, or technical training with sound ERP experience
• Ideally knowledge in abas-ERP & FO-programming as well as experience in the Sales and Service modules
• Understanding of variant management and modular product structures
• Experience in the further development of an ERP system, taking into account the balance between configuration and customizing
• Proficient in creating technical requirement and specification documents
• Strong ability to translate procedural contexts into technical system requirements while considering user needs
• Good English skills
• Willingness for occasional international business trips (scope approx. 5%)
