Team Leader Technical Sales (m/f/d) (Head of - Inside Sales)

How you will support us:

• technical and disciplinary leadership of the "Project Coordination/Technical Sales" team in an international environment
• management and further development of technical sales support
• strengthening project competence and product knowledge within the market organizations through active support, technical consulting, and targeted enablement
• expanding project support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and feasibility studies to handover to the customer
• ensuring quality and consistency in the processing of complex customer projects
• promoting the exchange of Best Practices between different regions
• supporting product training, technical presentations, and project-specific factory acceptances

What you bring to the role:

• several years of experience in technical sales or project coordination in the capital goods sector in an international context, ideally in the field of customer-specific plant solutions
• initial leadership experience or a clear willingness to take on a leadership role with an empathetic, supportive leadership style
• strong technical affinity, as well as a good sense for customer-oriented solutions and interfaces
• very good English skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage; intercultural competence, communication strength, and the ability to convey complex matters in a structured manner
• high degree of initiative, strategic thinking, and sense of responsibility
