Job Description & Requirements

• Manage the production team to ensure consistent output and quality
• Study on overall production, process and operations tom improve the effective use of material, equipment and other resources
• Compile data and generate technical reports for management review
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and training to workers, technicians and other production personnel

Requirements

• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Able to work independent in a fast environment
