To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate MITARBEITER IM VERTRIEBSINNENDIENST BACK OFFICE (M/W/D) for our location in Königslutter.

ESSENTIAL TASKS:

• Processing customer inquiries and documentation
• Creating quotations and their follow-up
• Support and processing of tender procedures
• Support with quotation calculations
• Interface to the field sales service
• Creating sales calculations as well as determining and maintaining key figures
• Creating outgoing invoices
• Support with trade fair activities

YOUR PROFILE:

• You have commercial or technical training or relevant professional experience, ideally in sales
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• You identify with our corporate values and live them
• Dynamic, proactive, and strong-communication personality paired with teamwork skills
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• You are willing to participate in internal training on information security. Basic knowledge in information security is an advantage
