Senior Technical Lead – AI & Digital Transformation

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead – AI & Digital Transformation to join our team in Singapore and support a global enterprise client on strategic digital and AI initiatives. The role will lead technical architecture, engineering delivery and integration for enterprise-scale digital products and AI-enabled platforms. You will work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Enterprise/Solution Architects, Data & AI teams and engineering squads across multiple regions. The ideal candidate combines strong solution architecture and software engineering leadership with practical experience in cloud-native platforms, enterprise integration and emerging AI technologies. Senior Technical Lead - JD Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end technical architecture for assigned digital products and platforms. Design scalable, secure and resilient cloud-native architectures. Lead technical delivery from discovery and solution design through development, deployment and production. Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders during roadmap planning and solution discovery. Evaluate technical feasibility, risks, dependencies and implementation options. Contribute to build-vs-buy and technology/platform selection decisions. Design and guide implementation of:Distributed systemsMicroservices architectureAPI-first solutionsCloud-native applicationsWorkflow orchestration services Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to integrate Generative AI services and Agentic AI workflows. Drive engineering standards around code quality, testing, CI/CD and DevSecOps. Conduct architecture reviews and technical design sessions. Support sprint planning and resolve complex technical and delivery challenges. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, information security and data governance requirements. Promote responsible adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering. 5+ years in technical leadership, solution architecture or a similar senior technical role. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale digital platforms and products.
