Senior Business Analyst – AI & Digital Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – AI & Digital Transformation to join our Singapore team and support a global enterprise client in delivering strategic AI-enabled digital products and transformation initiatives.
The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Digital Product Managers, Architects, Data & AI teams and development squads to translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong business-analysis and process-transformation capabilities with a practical understanding of modern AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Transformation
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews across different business functions.
- Analyse and document current-state and future-state processes.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Design scalable and standardised workflows supporting global business operations.
- Help define business capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
Product & Business Analysis
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution specifications.
- Create and maintain:
- Business Requirement Documents
- Epics
- User Stories
- Process specifications
- Acceptance criteria
- Create wireframes or prototypes to validate ideas and align stakeholders.
- Support Product Owners with backlog definition, refinement and prioritisation.
- Contribute to product vision, MVP scope, success criteria and release planning.
Data & Integration Analysis
- Define business data and integration requirements.
- Analyse information flows across systems.
- Document business rules, dependencies and process triggers.
- Work closely with Solution Architects on integration and process-orchestration requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Adoption
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Facilitate alignment across global, regional and local stakeholders.
- Communicate complex requirements clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support training, communication and change-management activities.
- Help ensure delivered solutions achieve the intended business outcomes.
These responsibilities are directly aligned to the supplied BA JD, particularly around discovery, business-process redesign, product backlog support, BRDs/user stories, integration analysis and global stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software, digital products or transformation programmes.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-management experience.
- Strong process-mapping and process-transformation capabilities.
- Practical understanding and hands-on exposure to modern AI technologies .
- Experience working in Agile product organisations.
- Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Excellent workshop-facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working across regions, cultures and business functions.
- Ability to operate independently within complex global programmes.
- Flexibility to collaborate across international time zones.
- Willingness to undertake occasional international travel, including Europe and the US.
Engagement
This is intended to be a long-term engagement within an ongoing global Digital & AI Transformation programme. The engagement is renewable, with potential for future conversion to a permanent role with the client depending on business requirements, performance and mutual suitability.
