NOC Access Supervisor

Manage and supervise the NOC operation personnel on shift to verify compliance with routines, as well as monitoring, with the objective of ensuring the follow-up and resolution of events or incidents that affect the services offered by the company

FUNCTIONS

• Perform the distribution of the workload among their group, achieving homogeneity in the attention of present events or incidents to promote their prompt attention
• Supervise the personnel on their shift to ensure the resolution in the shortest time possible of the events or incidents that affect the services offered by the company, performing the end-of-shift report (handover) for the follow-up of pending items to be addressed
• Review the development of events, incidents, and maintenance windows presented during the shift until their solution, performing monitoring routines to identify deviations in the process and apply the necessary corrections
• Apply escalation procedures, as well as established notification procedures, as a resource to resolve in the shortest time possible the events, incidents, and maintenance windows that affect the services for their immediate solution

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's/ Engineering in Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica or Informática
• 2 years in Telecomunicaciones (IP, Voz, Datos)
• ITIL processes
• Management, follow-up, and resolution of Events, Incidencias, and Problemas related to telecommunications
• Experience in planta interna (cableado, potencia óptica)
• Personnel management
• Compliance with metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher education
• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience
• Languages: Inglés
• Age: between 30 and 50 years
• Knowledge: Administración de redes, Fibra óptica, Mensajería de microsoft
