Interactive Services Engineer - Jr.

Execute the daily operation of the Digital Video platform's interactive services by performing monitoring, support, and maintenance tasks under the guidance of the Senior Engineer, as well as the Coordinator, in addition to contributing to the timely detection of failures, recording of incidents, and execution of operational routines, to ensure both service continuity and the development of technical competencies that strengthen professional growth within the area

Activities

• Continuously monitor Interactive Services platforms (VOD, EPG, OTT, Streaming) through NOC tools, to detect and record alerts, incidents, and anomalies
• Execute verification routines and basic tests of availability, consumption, as well as the stability of interactive services
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Senior Engineer
• Document incidents, activities, and results in logs or management systems, to ensure traceability in the operation
• Attend to first-level incidents, through the application of established procedures and timely escalation to the Senior Engineer or Coordinator if required
• Provide support to the DTV Support area and other related areas, to contribute with information or assigned technical tasks

Requirements

• Lic / Ing systems, electronics in communication
• Technical knowledge in CCNA
• Management of Win Server, UNIX, LINUX
• DESIRABLE: knowledge in video .

• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 40 years
