Your tasks

Ensure the correct management of Active Directory information, contributing to the design of security and access policies for different applications, as well as integration with other applications and systems developed both internally and with third parties

• Manage the Active Directory through the creation and modification of specific users requested via Cherwell, configuring general attributes for each to avoid possible incidents
• Resolve server failures regarding replication, DNS, DHCP, as well as their backups to take action and apply corrections in the shortest time possible
• Address reported issues related to application access, providing prompt resolution so that the user can use the software tools
• Perform maintenance windows for critical changes to servers in order to maintain their correct operation

Requirements

• B.S. / Eng. Systems, Computing, Informatics
• 1 year of experience in Active Directory (DNS, DHCP)
