Lead Design Engineer m/f, Chemical Design Engineers, Designers and Specialists in Related Fields

WHAT AWAITS YOU WITH US? oManagement and coordination of project work oPreparation and control of project documentation oCoordination and control of professional parts of projects oOrganization of the project team's work oCommunication with investors, external partners, and relevant authorities oCooperation with the sales department in creating offers oReview and commenting on contracts with investors oParticipation in technical meetings and inspection days oOversight of compliance with deadlines, budgets, and project quality oControl of the compliance of project documentation with valid legislation and standards oControl of the production and assembly of own equipment according to project documentation oMethodological guidance of designers and junior employees oResponsibility for fulfilling the investor's contractual requirements HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU? oUniversity education in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering oAt least 7 years of experience in a similar position oEnglish language at a communicative level, Russian language is an advantage oKnowledge of process documentation (process and balance diagrams) oKnowledge and orientation in equipment production documentation oExperience in designing piping systems, orientation in 3D documentation oExperience in team leadership and knowledge transfer oDriving license cat. B - active driver oAuthorization ČKAIT or ČKA as an authorized engineer/technician is an advantage oUser knowledge of MS Office, advanced knowledge of design SW (AutoCad, Creo Parametric) oIndependence, high degree of responsibility, organizational and management skills, ability to work in a team, good communication and presentation skills, analytical and technical thinking.
