Lead Design Engineer m/f

• management and coordination of project work
• processing and control of project documentation
• coordination and control of professional parts of projects
• organization of the project team's work
• communication with investors, external partners, and relevant authorities
• cooperation with the sales department on creating offers
• review and commenting on contracts with investors
• participation in technical meetings and inspection days
• supervision of compliance with deadlines, budgets, and project quality
• control of project documentation compliance with valid legislation and standards
• control of production and assembly of own equipment according to project documentation
• methodical guidance of designers and junior employees
• responsibility for fulfilling the investor's contractual requirements

HOW DO WE IMAGINE YOU?

• University education in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering
• at least 7 years of experience in a similar position
• English language at a communicative level, Russian language is an advantage
• knowledge of process documentation (process and balance diagrams)
• knowledge and orientation in equipment production documentation
• experience in designing piping systems, orientation in 3D documentation
• experience in team leadership and knowledge transfer
• driving license group B - active driver
• ČKAIT or ČKA authorization as an authorized engineer/technician is an advantage
• user knowledge of MS Office, advanced knowledge of project SW (AutoCad, Creo Parametric)
• Independence, high degree of responsibility, organizational and management skills, ability to work in a team, good communication and presentation skills, analytical and technical thinking.
