Controller (m/f/d)

As a Controller (m/f/d), you will play a decisive role in the analysis and preparation of business KPIs and will actively contribute to the management of corporate success.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for financial reports, presentations, and derivations for management decisions
• Further development of forecast and budget processes with a clear focus on results
• Participation in long-term financial strategy as well as risk management
• Sparring partner for the Board and Management in all financial and strategic matters
• Analysis of financial KPIs with recommendations for action to improve results
• Recording, analysis, and preparation of KPIs, market values, and other business data
• Carrying out target-actual comparisons, variance analyses, and ad-hoc evaluations
• Co-shaping investment decisions, cost optimization, and profitability analyses
• Direct reporting line to the CFO.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed commercial training with further training as a Controller (m/f/d) or a completed degree in business administration
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial company
• Experience in using controlling software and ERP systems
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong analytical understanding of numbers and a structured way of working
• Good English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and independent working style.
