As an Online Marketing Executive (Digital Acquisition Specialist), you will support the team in accelerating user growth across our entire global portfolio of dating applications, including brands such as Plenty of Fish and OkCupid. Working closely with the creative team and media partners, you will contribute to the development and optimization of acquisition strategies, the execution of campaign planning, and performance analysis, all while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, data-driven marketing environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how digital marketing drives business impact at scale.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once the meeting occurs IRL (in real life). We believe the same applies to building the best platforms: that's why we work together IRL 3 days/week in our offices, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.

Your daily impact:

  • Implement and optimize our online acquisition campaigns on a global scale.
  • Analyze campaign data, synthesize results, and identify concrete opportunities and best practices to improve our ongoing campaigns (Google, Meta, affiliation partners, TikTok.).
  • Share creative feedback and reports to improve advertising performance.
  • Identify and launch new media partners to expand our reach.

This position is for you if:

  • You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads platforms.
  • You are curious, proactive, rigorous, and open-minded.
  • You are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You enjoy collaborating with creative, tracking, and media partner teams.
  • You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.

What is the team like?

  • You will report to a Senior Online Marketing Manager and join a collaborative, data-driven team.
  • You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the acquisition team and the creative teams.
