Infrastructure and Technical Support Analyst

This professional will be responsible for providing second to third-level technical support to users, being able to diagnose and solve medium to high complexity problems. Responsibilities:

Act as the point of contact for the designated client portfolio;

Perform LAN/WAN network management;

Manage and administer virtualizers (VMware and Hyper-V);

Manage, monitor, and implement new systems and projects;

Plan and execute equipment replacements, contract renewals, and warranties;

Manage backups, using Backup Exec and Azure;

Provide technical support for applications and servers;

Perform monitoring and mitigation of vulnerabilities in the network, servers, and applications;

Monitor maintenance of UPS and fire fighting systems;

Perform organization and identification of structured cabling;

Promote continuous improvement of the infrastructure, with identification and correction of critical points;

Participate in IT projects and structuring;

Support the implementation of policies and standard operating procedures;

Assist company users with technical issues;

Diagnose and solve medium to high complexity problems;

Collaborate with the technical support team in resolving more complex problems, offering guidance and technical instructions;

Keep technical documentation updated and organized;

Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of company data;

Requirements:

Technical Course in Informatics or Higher Education in progress or completed in T.I, Information Systems, Networks, or areas related to infrastructure;

Advanced knowledge in backup, virtualizers (VMware, Hyper-V), T.I infrastructure, network and communication protocols, T.I projects, and information security;

Advanced or fluent English (conversation required);

Certifications - ITIL, COBIT (will be a differentiator);
