Production Manager (M/F)
Meent is assisting Alias Production in the recruitment of its Production Manager for a permanent contract (CDI).
Since 1992, Alias has brought to life the tours of some of the most iconic artists on the French and international scenes. From project conception to deployment on the road, its teams manage demanding, ambitious, and often extraordinary productions. Muse, The Cure, Gorillaz, Charlotte Cardin, Lorde, Florence + The Machine, Mika, Jamiroquai, Wet Leg, Big Thief, Benjamin Clementine, Gildaa, Waxx, or even Alma Rechtman are among the artists supported by the company.
Behind these projects, Alias relies on an experienced, passionate, and human-sized team (about fifteen employees) where production holds a central position and enjoys significant autonomy.
Role
Reporting to the Production Director, the Production Manager ensures the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of the tours of the artists assigned to them.
They work in close connection with the manager of each project, the artists and their entourage, technical teams, local promoters, as well as the various service providers mobilized.
The person participates in the construction of the production budget and ensures its operational follow-up, from the forecast to the closing of accounts. They benefit from strong autonomy in the daily management of their projects, while being able to rely on the Production Director and a production assistant.
The portfolio includes several French projects, as well as international projects depending on current tours.

Profile Hard Skills Proven experience of at least four years in a similar position in concert or tour production; Real experience in the autonomous management of several artistic projects; Good knowledge of the contemporary music and live performance environment; Mastery of constructing and monitoring production budgets; Experience with concert accounts, negotiation with service providers, and expense control; Good mastery of tour logistics: teams, transport, accommodation, venues, and service providers; Knowledge of the legal, social, and administrative rules of live performance; Good knowledge of the French network of distributors and promoters; Knowledge of international agencies and partners is appreciated; Fluent English, both written and spoken, with a good command of concert production vocabulary; Very good mastery of Excel and office tools.
