The position:
- As technical support, intervene at client sites during SAT, IQ/OQ, or maintenance services.
- Respond to requests transmitted by field service teams by documenting responses where appropriate in the request tracking software.
- Participate in meetings between the client and the field service as a technical expert as needed.
- Escalate unresolved calls to the responsible product support specialist (3rd level) if necessary.
- Organize regular calls with regional field service teams and the responsible PSS services to discuss outstanding product-related issues.
Profile sought: Training in process or instrumentation (Bac+2/5) with minimum experience in commissioning. Fluent English Travel to client sites required
