The position:

• Lead the Gros œuvre packages within the framework of a large-scale pharmaceutical industrial project.
• Ensure the interface with the maîtrise d'œuvre and design offices during the EXE studies phase, construction, and handover.
• Collect the data necessary for execution studies and change requests.
• Control and monitor the detailed studies carried out by the contracted companies.
• Lead and coordinate the Génie Civil, Structure Métallique, Toiture / Étanchéité, and Façade / Bardage packages.
• Monitor, lead, and report on the progress of the companies intervening within your scope.
• Perform the handovers of the relevant packages with the maîtrise d'œuvre until mechanical acceptance.
• Monitor the project schedule, anticipate deviations, and propose necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure the monitoring of CAPEX costs for your packages and ensure compliance with contractual commitments.
• Guarantee the cost / deadline / quality adequacy of deliverables according to contracts and calls for tender.

Profile sought:

• You have at least 10 years of experience in Gros œuvre, Génie Civil, or Structure Métallique, ideally in an industrial environment.
• You have already worked on new and existing buildings, in construction monitoring, project lead, or technical business manager roles.
• You are capable of managing a complete technical scope: studies, construction site, schedule, costs, decisions, and handover.
• You have a good HSE construction site culture and a strong field orientation.
• Experience in an ATEX zone is highly appreciated.
• Experience on a Seveso site would be a plus.
• You know how to work with multidisciplinary teams: MOA, MOE, design offices, external companies, and site teams.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, structured, and able to prioritize your actions in a demanding project environment.
• You speak English in a professional context.
