The position:

• Drive the global planning of an SAP S/4HANA migration program across a scope of French sites and entities.
• Fulfill the role of Project PMO: macro-planning, detailed planning, committees, reporting, tracking of actions, risks, and decisions.
• Build and maintain the Cutover Plan: pre-cutover, cutover, hypercare, business resumption, and key milestones.
• Coordinate local and central teams to align production, quality, supply chain, IT, and business constraints.
• Prepare site readiness for the Go Live and support the post Go Live stabilization phase.
• Implement monitoring indicators, dashboards, and associated steering tools.
• Organize the prioritization, resolution, and escalation of incidents during the cutover and hypercare phases.
• Prepare governance, communication, and escalation materials in connection with project stakeholders.
• Document issues encountered and contribute to lessons learned for future deployment waves.

Profile sought:

• You hold a Bac+4/5 degree in project management, engineering, supply chain, IT, or equivalent.
• You have approximately 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in project management, PMO, or program steering.
• You have experience in a highly regulated industry, ideally pharmaceutical.
• You have already participated in an ERP program, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or an IT project with migration / cutover.
• You master the management of complex, multi-site or multi-entity schedules with strong interdependencies.
• You are comfortable with project planning tools: MS Project, JIRA, or equivalents.
• Experience in hypercare or post Go Live stabilization would be a plus.
• You master project governance principles: committees, reporting, risk management, actions, and arbitration.
• You are structured, rigorous, autonomous, and capable of coordinating numerous stakeholders.
• You have fluent professional English, both written and spoken.
