The position:

• Lead CAPEX projects for the revamping and creation of pharmaceutical QC laboratories.
• Ensure the management of costs, deadlines, risks, quality, HSE, and project performance.
• Define needs with users and coordinate internal project teams.
• Ensure the interface with design offices, MOE, companies, and suppliers.
• Lead studies, works, and execution activities for all trades (TCE).
• Participate in calls for tender, contractual monitoring, and the management of modifications / claims.
• Ensure control of changes impacting scope, schedule, costs, and design.
• Support operational preparation and the transfer of installations: training, procedures, maintenance, spare parts, and calibration.
• Guarantee the compliance of installations with GMP / BPF, HSE, and regulatory requirements.

Profile sought:

• You have at least 10 years of experience in TCE CAPEX project management in the pharmaceutical industry.
• You have demonstrated experience in cleanrooms, particularly Grade C and D environments.
• You master the constraints related to installations and equipment in ATEX zones.
• You are capable of leading complex revamping projects on an active industrial site.
• Experience in pharmaceutical QC laboratories would be highly appreciated.
• Knowledge of powder and/or aerosol environments would be a plus.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, field-oriented, and capable of coordinating numerous stakeholders.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
