The position:

• Lead and support industrialization and industrial transfer activities on complex pharmaceutical processes.
• Provide your process expertise on capsule filling and bi-layer tablets technologies.
• Participate in the definition, optimization, and securing of processes in compliance with quality, regulatory, and industrial requirements.
• Interact with MSAT, production, quality, development, engineering teams, and external partners.
• Contribute to the resolution of technical issues related to transfer, scale-up, or industrial performance.
• Ensure the coordination of actions in project mode, in an international and predominantly remote context.
• Work with different interlocutors in a complex, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.

Profile sought:

• You have senior experience in pharmaceutical industrialization, MSAT, or industrial transfer.
• You have demonstrated your ability to lead process transfers in an international environment.
• Ideally, you master capsule filling and/or bi-layer tablet manufacturing processes.
• You are familiar with GMP / BPF requirements and the constraints related to pharmaceutical production processes.
• You are comfortable in project mode, with technical, quality, and production interlocutors.
• You know how to work effectively remotely, in a complex and multi-partner environment.
• You are autonomous, structured, solution-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent professional English is required.
