The position:
As part of industrial projects in demanding pharmaceutical environments, we are looking for a Commissioning / Qualification / Validation Engineer to strengthen our teams.
Reporting to the project manager, you will work on automated systems and your missions will include:
- Applying Commissioning / Qualification / Validation (CQV) strategies
- Reviewing and writing criticality analyses for the impacted systems
- Writing IQ/OQ (Installation / Operational Qualification) protocols and reports
- Executing tests and conducting field trials
- Ensuring deviation management (deviation / punch list):
- root cause investigation
- impact analysis
- implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensuring supplier follow-up
- Guaranteeing compliance with deadlines and the project schedule
Profile sought:
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in qualification of equipment or automated systems
- Experience in an industrial environment (outside of a laboratory)
Technical skills
- Knowledge in:
- architecture of automated systems
- SCADA / API / Grafcet
- recipe management and historization
- Notions in:
- server installation
- application migration
- Mastery of SIEMENS / PCS7 environments mandatory
Languages:
- Professional English required (written and oral)
