The position:
As part of industrial investment projects, Meent is looking for a Project Manager in Electricity, Instrumentation, and Automation engineering for one of its clients in the life sciences sector to lead projects related to centralized technical management systems.
The position is set within a demanding, regulated, and performance-oriented environment, requiring a strong capacity for adaptation and coordination.
Main missions: As a Project Manager, you will take charge of the global management of technical projects, from the identification of needs to the commissioning of installations.
Needs Analysis Collect and formalize the expectations of internal users Verify the completeness of needs in view of project launch
Design and Studies Define optimized technical solutions (cost / quality / deadlines) Participate in structural choices in collaboration with internal teams Write technical documents and specifications Prepare supplier consultations and analyze offers Supervise, if necessary, external design offices
Implementation Monitoring Coordinate works and manage service providers Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and scheduling requirements Ensure technical follow-up of equipment with suppliers
Reception and Commissioning Organize reception and validation phases Supervise the performance ramp-up of installations Guarantee documentary updates Support the training of operations and maintenance teams
Safety & Compliance Apply and enforce HSE rules Identify risks and implement preventive actions Participate in the continuous improvement of safety practices
Management & Reporting Monitor project indicators (costs, deadlines, risks) Ensure regular reporting to management Propose corrective actions if necessary
Profile sought:
Minimum of 8 years of experience English minimum professional level Experience in GTC Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical sector Great autonomy on projects.
