The position:
- Act as HVAC / Utilities Project Manager on a large-scale pharmaceutical industrial project.
- Represent the client (maîtrise d'ouvrage) during the detailed design phases conducted by external engineering.
- Draft URS and CCTP in coherence with user needs, best practices, current regulations, and site / group requirements.
- Integrate insurer recommendations, safety, quality, and environmental constraints into project deliverables.
- Participate in the consultation of external companies in connection with Purchasing, particularly on DPGF and TCO subjects.
- Plan and coordinate external companies under your responsibility, in connection with the OPC.
- Ensure the monitoring of deliveries, works, site interactions, and interfaces with other technical lots.
- Follow the execution of works, OPR, acceptance, as well as the clearing of punch list items (levée des réserves).
- Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, cost, deadline, and technical performance requirements.
Profile sought:
- You have at least one experience in managing HVAC, utilities, or industrial infrastructure projects.
- You have already managed large-scale projects, ideally with significant budgets and complex technical environments.
- You have significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a highly regulated environment.
- You are familiar with pharmaceutical standards, quality requirements, and the constraints associated with active sites.
- You master the APD phases, URS / CCTP drafting, company consultation, works monitoring, OPR, and acceptance.
- You have already worked on Greenfield and / or Brownfield projects.
- You are sensitive to environmental issues related to utilities: energy savings, recovery, recycling, and consumption optimization.
- You are recognized for your high standards regarding safety and quality of execution.
- You speak English in an international or technical project context.
