Quality & Processes Develop and implement quality procedures. Manage customer complaints from start to finish, ensuring speed and rigor. Perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Coordinate containment and corrective actions with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers. Monitor key customer KPIs and detect quality trends. Support quality control in assembly processes and management of internal non-conformities. Manage quality incidents with suppliers and execute follow-up. Participate in continuous improvement projects, including injection processes. Audits & Quality System Plan and execute internal audits according to ISO 9001. Follow up on internal and external audit actions. Support external certification audits and the documentary update of the Quality System. Environment Correctly segregate waste according to internal standards. Handle materials avoiding spills and manage them properly if they occur. Apply resource saving and waste reduction measures defined in the plant. Participate in required environmental training, drills, and activities.
